Amish Naturals, which markets organic Amish foods, has announced that its range of premium, organic, Amish-produced pastas has gained Triangle K Parve kosher certification.
The Triangle K designation and certification, with its on-pack mark of a K inside a triangle, is widely recognised and accepted by Jewish consumers worldwide.
Products carrying Triangle K certification meet all of the strictest standards pertaining to the laws of kosher food production and consumption. Certification follows a visit to the Amish Naturals plant by Rabbi Aryeh L Ralbag of New York-based kosher sanctioning body, Triangle K and Associates.
“Gaining Triangle K kosher certification is an important step forward for our company and our introductory line of pastas,” said Don Alarie, vice president sales and marketing at Amish Naturals. “It provides opportunities for our business here in the US and abroad, and satisfies the needs of the growing numbers of discerning consumers who seek kosher products.”
