UK-cheese market Belton Cheese has launched its new Red Leicester cheese brand, Belton Farm Red Fox, in the US market.
Working with US distributor Anco Fine Cheese, Belton has secured a listing with US supermarket group Publix.

Commenting on the export success, Justin Beckett, Belton Cheese MD said, “We are delighted to be exporting our Red Fox Cheese to America. Belton’s export business is growing year on year with a 13% increase in sales to the US alone. The Belton Farm brand is going from strength to strength with the English and Shropshire provenance playing a major role in its success.”
Belton Cheese has also been successful in securing new business in Australia, Russia and Japan. The export market is a key part of the Belton business plan, the company emphasised.
