Campbell Soup Co. will promote Anthony DiSilvestro to the position of chief financial officer following the retirement of Craig Owens in May.
Owens, who has served as Campbell CFO since 2008, will retire on 1 May. In his time at the company, Owens contributed to the development of Campbell’s strategic framework, which has seen it reshape its portfolio to focus on faster-growing categories and markets, CEO Denise Morrison said.
DiSilvestro is Campbell’s SVP of finance. He has worked at the company since 1996, in a range of roles including treasurer, VP of corporate development and strategic planning and managing director of Campbell’s international arm.
