US sauce maker Bolthouse Farms, owned by Campbell Soup Co., has added two low-calorie vinaigrette dressings to its product line.

Miso Ginger Vinaigrette and Italian Vinaigrette dressings are an “innovative twist” on the classics, the company said. They are designed to be added to vegetables and salads and are vegan-friendly and gluten-free.

The Italian Vinaigrette comprises herbs and spices including basil, thyme, sage, marjoram, garlic and red pepper, and is available in a 25-calorie version.

Miso Ginger Vinaigrette is more “indulgent” and contains 40 calories per serving. Traditional ingredients provide a healthier, tastier choice, the company said.
