Fresh Del Monte Produce has denied allegations that the company has made payments to Colombian paramilitary organisations.
A jailed paramilitary in Columbia has allegedly stated a number of companies, including Del Monte, funded his organisation.
Responding to recent reports in the US, Del Monte said: “These statements which implicate the company are completely false and without merit.”
