ConAgra Foods has appointed Jacqueline McCook as chief growth officer and executive vice president, International.


It follows yesterday’s (16 March) appointment of former Kellog man King Pouw as senior vice president of business transformation at the company.


Until this announcement, McCook, 49, was president and CEO of The McCook Group, a consulting firm advising consumer-oriented companies on strategy development, branding and innovation. Before this, she was senior vice president, worldwide strategic planning & branding for Burger King.


“Jacqueline McCook is an experienced marketer and operator who has demonstrated a consistent ability to develop strategies, redefine brands and lead teams domestically and internationally in ways that have led to profitable growth. She is an excellent person to lead our marketing and growth efforts,” said ConAgra president and CEO Gary Rodkin.
