Diamond Foods yesterday (3 April) announced the appointment of Paul M. Cooke as senior vice president of North American retail sales.

Cooke is a 24-year food industry sales veteran, most recently serving as vice president of sales for PepsiCo’s western division.
“Mike joins Diamond as an established leader in building branded consumer packaged goods sales and we are very pleased to have him take the helm of our North American retail sales team,” said Michael Mendes, president and CEO of Diamond Foods.
