US ice cream maker Dreyer’s is to end production of its Snelgrove brand, with final batches expected to come off the production line by the end of March.
While the Snelgrove ice cream brand will come to an end, the factory will remain, still producing ice cream for Dreyer’s.
“Snelgrove is a part of Salt Lake City’s history,” said Gary Lay a spokesperson for Dreyer’s.
“While it is always sad to say goodbye to one of our extended family members, Dreyer’s will continue to carry on the tradition of delivering premium ice cream through the Dreyer’s product lines.”
Snelgrove ice cream will still be available throughout March.
