US: Ex-Kellogg exec in Kroger “multi-cultural” role

US supermarket group Kroger has appointed former Kellogg executive Angel Colon to head-up its multi-cultural business development.

US supermarket group Kroger has appointed former Kellogg executive Angel Colon to head-up its multi-cultural business development.

At Kellogg, Colon played a key role on the company’s ethnic marketing team and led its Hispanic and African-American promotion efforts.

“At Kroger, we strive to connect better with our broad range of customers every day, in every store,” said Donald Becker, executive vice president of merchandising at Kroger. 

“Angel will help us improve our efforts in this important area as we develop even better ways to tailor products and services for our customers.”
