General Mills has launched its first line of refrigerated gluten-free dough under its Pillsbury baking brand in the US.

The range comprises Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Gluten Free Thin Crust Pizza Dough, and Gluten Free Pie and Pastry Dough. All are available in grocery stores nationwide.

“We’re excited to welcome the gluten free community back to the fresh dough aisle,” said Rebecca Thompson, marketing manager for Pillsbury fresh dough innovation. “As a company, we are committed to the gluten free community and to providing great-tasting, easy-to-prepare products from brands they trust.”

All are available in refrigerated tubs for easy storage and have RRPs ranging from US$4.49-4.99.
