Google executive Shona Brown has joined the PepsiCo board of directors, the snack food giant has announced.
Brown, senior vice president, business operations at Google, becomes the 11th independent director at PepsiCo.
Indra Nooyi, the company’s chairman and CEO, and vice chairman Mike White also sit on the PepsiCo board.
