US investment house Arbor Investments has acquired local bread supplier The New French Bakery for an undisclosed sum.

The New French Bakery manufactures premium and own-label take-and-bake, par-baked and fresh artisan breads for a variety of independent and chain retailers as well as foodservice customers.

Arbor said it was “assisted” in the buyout by management. The company will continue to operate out of its existing facilities.
