Kellogg has appointed a Procter & Gamble executive to its board of directors.
The US cereal giants yesterday (31 May) named Robert Steele as a director. Steele, who will take up the role on 1 July, is vice chairman, global health and wellbeing for P&G.
“Kellogg will benefit from his excellent strategic skills, his experience managing large, complex businesses and his strong expertise in brand building,” said Kellogg president and CEO David Mackay.
Steele began his career with P&G 31 years ago when he joined the company’s sales team.
