US food group Kraft Foods has announced the appointment of Jeri Finard as executive vice president, global category development.


 


In this role, Finard will be responsible for driving new product growth platforms and leading global category strategies, reporting to Kraft CEO Roger Deromedi.

Finard, who previously headed up the company’s North American beverages division, succeeds John Baxter, who became vice president and president, snacks and cereals sector at Kraft North America Commercial in March.
