Kroger has reached a tentative agreement to sell 12 of its Cala Foods and Bell Markets stores, part of the company’s Ralph’s Supermarkets Division, to DeLano Retail Partners.
The transaction, which is subject to customary conditions, is expected to close within 120 days.
