US grocery giant Kroger has recalled its Dill Dip due to possible contamination with salmonella.
Kroger yesterday (2 March) said a supplier had informed the retailer that an ingredient in the Kroger Special Recipe Dill Dip may have been contaminated with salmonella.

As a result, Kroger has recalled the item sold in 16oz containers with a sell-by date of 4 March under the UPC code: 1111046799.
The item was sold in stores in eastern Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, central and eastern Ohio, north-eastern Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
No illnesses have been reported in connection with the product to date.
Customers who have purchased the product are being advised not to consume it and to return it to a store for a refund or replacement.
