US food maker Lancaster Colony has promoted Doug Fell to the position of CFO after John Boylan announced plans to retire.
Boylan has spent 28 years at Lancaster Colony, with 17 as CFO. He will step down from the role on 1 July.
Fell, who joined Lancaster Colony in 1993, is senior vice president of company subsidiary T. Marzetti.
