Jon-Lin, based in Colton, California, is a manufacturer of sautéed, grilled, fire roasted and smokehouse roasted vegetables, onion rings and other appetizer products.


McCain Foods president and CEO Dale Morrison said: “Jon-Lin is a perfect fit with our category-leading international appetizer business.”


The transaction is scheduled to close within 90 days.
