US firm MOM Brands has added multigrain berry and multigrain cinnamon varieties to its Three Sisters cereal line.

The additions bring the line-up of the shredded wheat cereal range to ten. All the varieties are made with whole grain oats, whole grain barley and whole grain triticale, the company said.

“We’re always looking for better ways to provide consumers with better breakfast options, which means giving consumers a wide selection of tasty and affordable cereal,” said MOM spokesperson, Linda Fisher.

The new products contain 43g of whole grains per serving with no saturated fat, trans fat or cholesterol, said the firm. Both flavours also carry the 100% Whole Grains stamp from the Whole Grains Council.
