Dakota Growers Pasta has extended the timetable to buy back shares in the company due to postal delays in the US.
The company, the third-largest producer of dry pasta products in North America, has pushed back the deadline to this Friday (27 April).
Dakota Growers Pasta is looking to buy just under 3.9m shares in the company for US$10 a share.
The company markets a range of dry pasta products including Dreamfields healthy carb living pasta.
