US snack food giant PepsiCo today (2 June) announced the appointment of Lynn Tyson as senior vice president, investor relations.


Tyson will report to chief financial officer Richard Goodman.


Prior to joining PepsiCo, Tyson served as vice president, investor relations for Dell and investor relations VP for Tricon Global Restaurants, now Yum! Brands.


Previously, she spent 12 years at PepsiCo, holding various positions in treasury, capital markets, international corporate finance and IR.

Tyson replaces Mike Nathenson, who is moving from his role as senior vice president, investor relations to partner with Goodman and the PepsiCo management in the proposed acquisition of the company’s two anchor bottlers, Pepsi Bottling Group and PepsiAmericas.
