PepsiCo has appointed Tom Greco as president of its Frito-Lay North America division as part of a number of executive changes at the company.

Greco, 53, most recently served as executive vice president and chief commercial officer for Pepsi Beverages Co. (PBC). He has had a variety of senior positions within Frito-Lay, including president of Frito-Lay Canada.

In his new role, he will report to John Compton, CEO of PepsiCo Americas Foods (PAF).

“I look forward to working with Tom, as he is a proven leader with a breadth of experience in both operations and customer relationships,” Compton said yesterday (14 September). I have complete confidence that he will ensure continued innovation and operational excellence at Frito-Lay North America.”

Greco will succeed Albert Carey who has been named CEO of PepsiCo Americas Beverages, the company said yesterday (14 September).
