PepsiCo has appointed Tom Greco as president of its Frito-Lay North America division as part of a number of executive changes at the company.
Greco, 53, most recently served as executive vice president and chief commercial officer for Pepsi Beverages Co. (PBC). He has had a variety of senior positions within Frito-Lay, including president of Frito-Lay Canada.

In his new role, he will report to John Compton, CEO of PepsiCo Americas Foods (PAF).

Greco will succeed Albert Carey who has been named CEO of PepsiCo Americas Beverages, the company said yesterday (14 September).
