Quaker-to-Doritos owner PepsiCo has named Tessa Hilado as senior vice president, finance and treasurer.
Hilado, most recently vice president and treasurer at Schering-Plough Corp., has replaced Lionel Nowell and will report to CFO Richard Goodman.
Joining on 8 July, Hilado will have global responsibility for tasks including cash management, risk management and insurance.
“We are very pleased to welcome Tessa to PepsiCo’s finance leadership team,” Goodman said. “She brings nearly 20 years of expertise in key global finance positions.”
