The company announced late on Friday (20 April) that president and CEO Ronald Moulton and secretary Vallerie Moulton had quit.


Each cited personal reasons for their resignations. The pair will also leave Rocky Mountain’s board of directors.


Steven D. Moulton, will continue as vice president. The company will commence a search to fill the board vacancies, the group said.
