Schwan Food Co. has announced CEO, president and COO Greg Flack is to leave the US frozen food giant.
The company said Flack would step down on 4 October after five years at the helm. Directors at the privately-owned firm expect to announce a successor “in the near future”, Schwan said.
Flack had spent over two decades at the Minnesota-based business. Chairman Allan Schuman said: “We are grateful to Greg for his 26 years of leadership and service to The Schwan Food Company.”
Officials at Schwan, which has brands including Tony’s pizza and Mrs Smith’s desserts, declined to comment on why Flack is to leave the role or whether his successor would take all three jobs of CEO, president and COO.
