Campbell Soup Co. has launched a slew of products in the US – including stocks, salsa and a new range of soups.

Campbell said the products follow its focus on wellness and innovation.

The US food group is bringing together two of its flagship brands – Campbell soup and V8 vegetable juices – to launch a line of pureed soups.

The company said Campbell’s V8 soups “bring together the best of two Campbell brands – the great-taste of Campbell’s soups and the vegetable nutrition of V8 juices”.

The soups, including butternut squash, garden broccoli and Southwestern corn, will hit supermarkets from August.

Meanwhile, the company has launched a line of two Swanson “all-natural” cooking stocks available in beef and chicken.

Elsewhere, Campbell’s Pace Foods unit is introducing a line of five “speciality” salsas made with ingredients such as guajillo peppers, queso blanco and asadero cheeses, tomatillos and real blue agave tequila.

Campbell has also made two additions to its Healthy Request soups range to include chicken corn chowder and sirloin burger with country vegetables.
