With annual sales of $23m, the Springfield, Missouri-based company will be integrated into TreeHouse’s Bay Valley Foods division.

Adding DeGraffenreid to our existing Bay Valley Foods operating unit creates an opportunity for accelerated growth in the attractive foodservice channel,” said Sam K. The deal includes all of the company’s working capital and production equipment.
