Rostron reports to 7-Eleven’s president and chief executive officer, Jim Keyes, and will oversee all aspects of the company’s human resource function, including staffing, compensation and benefits, training and organisational development.


Rostron joins 7-Eleven from FedEx Kinko’s, where he has served as executive vice president and chief people officer. Prior to joining FedEx Kinko’s, Rostron held senior human resource positions at Gateway and Abbott Laboratories.
