US supply chain integrator Agribuys has appointed Laurence Sotsky as customer acquisition lead, to head up world customer acquisition activities. Prior to joining the Torrance, California-based group, Sotsky was a senior member of the sales team at VerticalNet Solutions.

“Laurence brings extensive solution-selling capability to Agribuys,” commented Marina Kotsianas, Agribuys president and CEO. “Furthermore, he will draw upon his consulting experience, applying the wide range of Agribuys’ functionality to the specific needs of buying organisations, suppliers and carriers.”
