Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: AVBC) announced today that in addition to carrying Aqua Vie Hydrators(TM) in approximately 50 stores in its North Texas region, Albertson’s, Inc. (NYSE: ABS) will sell Aqua Vie’s Hydrators in its East Texas and West Texas stores, as well as in several stores located in Louisiana. With this expansion of retail availability in Texas and Louisiana, approximately 100 Albertson’s stores in the region will carry Aqua Vie Hydrators in four of seven flavors-Avalanche(TM), McIntosh(TM), Paradise(TM) and Sun Tea(TM). Aqua Vie’s distributors will begin setting product in the stores the week of August 21. Aqua Vie was the only beverage in the “new age” category chosen to be represented in all stores throughout the aforementioned regional system. Introductory promotional programs are planned.
Albertson’s, Inc. is one of the largest retail food and drug chains in the United States. Based in Boise, Idaho, the company currently operates over 2,500 retail stores in 37 states across the United States.

He indicated that retail distribution is concurrently taking shape in New Mexico and southern Nevada, as well as in various areas in the southeastern United States.
