Marketing veteran Kim Wesselman joins as the vice president of marketing; Kelly Price, formerly CFO of Emeritus Corporation, joins as the CFO. The new additions represent key acquisitions for the company as it grows to become the premier online destination in the $430 billion food marketplace.

Her most recent role was as vice president of marketing with On The Go Software, a spinoff from Intuit, Inc., where she launched ExpensAble.com as the first outsourced Internet service for travel and entertainment expense management. She also served in marketing management roles with technology companies ConsenSys Software Corp., Informix Software, Inc. and Interleaf, Inc.

Kelly Price brings nearly 10 years of finance, investment and management experience to Allrecipes.com. While at Emeritus, he helped generate more than $225 million in direct investments in the company, including a $98 million initial public offering. Prior to Emeritus, Price served as a senior consultant Deloitte & Touche.
