Allrecipes.com®, the leading meal planning resource on the Web, today announced that it has reached an agreement with AT&T Wireless Services (NYSE:AWE) to become the recipe and meal planning resource on AT&T’s Digital PocketNet(sm) service.

This agreement is the first of several steps planned by Allrecipes.com to bring their convenient recipe tools and future shopping services to everyday cooks through wireless and personal electronics devices.

Allrecipes.com is one of more than 40 e-commerce, entertainment and information services, including Yahoo!, E*Trade, Barnes & Noble and the Weather Channel, to be featured on AT&T Digital PocketNet(sm) service. Using their Internet-ready phones, AT&T customers now have free and convenient access to Allrecipes.com’s complete meal planning services, including tens of thousands family-favorite recipes, online recipe boxes and automated grocery shopping lists.

In addition, Allrecipes.com offers unique food and menu ideas and cooking tools such as conversion tables. AT&T Digital PocketNet(sm) users will soon be able to access electronic coupons as well as maintain an online recipe box that offers easy access to personal favorites and customized notes, such as ingredient substitutions or enhancements. Allrecipes.com can be found under the Entertainment category on the AT&T Digital PocketNet(sm) service.
