Jeremy’s MicroBatch® Ice Creams (NASDAQ:JMIC; BSE:JMI) announced today that it has received expressions of interest from four separate parties regarding potential transactions involving the Company.

These expressions of interest were received after the Company’s announcement on October 3, 2000 (see below) that it was ceasing operations. Representatives of the Company are currently pursuing all of these expressions of interest.
