The dividend is payable January 29, 2002, to shareholders of record as of December 26, 2001. This is the company’s twelfth consecutive annual dividend and represents an increase of 9 percent over last year’s dividend of 7 cents per share (adjusted for a three-for-two stock split in June 2001).
