The investment commitment follows several months of negotiations with chairman R. E. Williams.


Williams stated: “We are pleased to have the negotiations behind us and excited about our future.


“With the investment, we will now have the necessary capital to expand our existing business in Southeast Asia and other international markets. Also, this investment will enable us to complete our research and development of a variety of new products for the US market.”
