BeeLine Shopper, which helps shoppers eat healthier, shop faster and save more at their favorite grocery store will be rolling out its services with Fulmer Supermarkets, a grocery chain in the Dayton/Springfield, Ohio, area.

The BeeLine Shopper system provides a simple barcode scanner families use to instantly create a personalized shopping list to take to the grocery store. The list offers healthier food suggestions matching each family’s nutritional profile, prints the list in aisle sequence of their store, helps keep track of clipped coupons, and best of all, offers special savings on each list. The launch is being accompanied with television and radio spots and Fulmer employee contests to promote the service to consumers. In-store demonstrations will feature the simple use of the BeeLine scanner and how it delivers more savings, better nutrition, and saves time.

“Fulmer is excited to offer the BeeLine Shopper home scanning system to our customers. We believe BeeLine will enhance our shoppers’ experience. The BeeLine system is easy and makes shopping at Fulmer faster and more fun. In addition, Fulmer, manufacturers and BeeLine Shopper will offer special savings to customers on every shopping list,” noted Jason Bock, Director of Advertising for Fulmer.

“We are proud to be partnering with this respected chain to expand our service in the Dayton market,” said BeeLine Shopper President Leib Lurie. “Consumers want to find simple ways to save money; get health and wellness advice based on the specific foods they plan to buy; and spend less time planning and buying groceries. BeeLine Shopper makes these desires a reality.”

“The health benefits are really key,” explained Lurie. Using personal preferences, and knowing what the family plans to buy, BeeLine suggests specific products that better meet those needs. Dietitians and doctors endorse BeeLine’s scientific method to help grocery shoppers make healthier choices every time they shop.

Consumers save money five different ways using BeeLine Shopper. The shopping list has the top savings from the grocer’s circular and notifies the shopper when their list has an item on special. If the grocer is part of the ValuPage network, BeeLine will put all available ValuPage savings on the shopping list. When the shopper scans in coupons from the newspaper, BeeLine reminds them to take the coupons to the store. BeeLine also offers special savings from grocers and manufacturers.

BeeLine Shopper home scanners are available through the BeeLine web site (www.BeeLineShopper.com) and through an expanding network of selected grocery store partners. BeeLine’s home shopping system will be available this fall in many web grocer sites as well. Consumers may try home scanning risk free for 60 days; and then continue the service, which offers significant weekly savings for a subscription price of less than 48 cents a week with 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
