BigTray’s 1,000th customer is the Mosaic Gallery Wine Bar and Restaurant in Boise, Idaho. Joe Dewey and Eloy Barragan, owners of the Mosaic, purchased a True® Refrigerated Sandwich Prep Table for the restaurant saying that it was BigTray’s ease-of-use, availability of what they needed and great pricing that made the initial sale and it’s been the customer service that has made them very satisfied customers. “I’m very pleased that they arrange to deliver, for free, the refrigerator when it was convenient for us. Based on the service and the pricing we’ll definitely be using BigTray for our future E&S needs,” says Dewey.
