Minneapolis-based restaurant chain Buca Inc recently unveiled a new company logo to shareholders at its annual meeting.
The new logo was designed to represent Buca Inc. as the parent company of both the Buca di Beppo and Vinny Testa’s concepts. Buca di Beppo and Vinny Testa’s will each retain their current separate logos.
Joseph P. Micatrotto, Buca Inc chairman, president and CEO, commented: “Following our early 2002 purchase of the nine Vinny Testa’s restaurants, we recognised the need for a redefined Buca Inc identity. The outwardly visible representation of this strategic change is our new logo.
“Our overarching vision for Buca Inc is an organisation that provides a foundation for our family to evolve and grow vital, vibrant and powerfully energised, diverse businesses. That vision, combined with our strategic goals and Buca challenge provide an umbrella for us, while our core values provide the foundation for us to grow the Buca di Beppo and Vinny Testa’s concepts.”
Micatrotto concluded, “The new logo clearly establishes Buca Inc as a separate overarching entity. We enjoyed celebrating this mile marker in our company’s history with our shareholders.”
