The USA’s Food Institute has named Cathie Sloan as its marketing director and promoted Mary Claire Florio to the newly created position of web development manager.


As marketing director, Sloan will be responsible for all new member campaigns for the Elmwood Park, NJ-based trade association, as well as retaining and developing closer relationships with current members.


Following a complete re-design of the Institute’s website, Florio’s responsibilities as web development manager will include adding new content to the site, increasing traffic and improving the functionality of the site.
