(RDC) that will include integration of Foodline’s technology with RDC’s pace-setting point of sale system, POSitouch.

Major Technological Achievement for the Restaurant Industry
The integration of Foodline’s proprietary Foodline Reservations Solution (FRS(TM)) and RDC’s POSitouch will enable a data exchange between the two technologies, representing a major technological achievement for the restaurant industry. The integration will allow restaurants to capture, analyze, and use guest’s spending behavior and visit history to provide more personalized customer service and engage in direct and one-to-one marketing. By synchronizing guest data via ASP tools, restaurants will be able to access information and generate robust reports from any Internet connected computer. Multi-unit restaurants in particular, will benefit from the centralized reporting capabilities, enabling them to combine information between stores. Additionally, running both applications from one terminal will mean lower hardware and installation costs to restaurant customers.

As part of the arrangement, RDC, and its international network of business partners and authorized POSitouch resellers, will promote the sale of FRSTM and the Foodline range of products and services. This will include promotions to both POSitouch’s existing customer base, representing over 11,000 locations, as well as to prospective new accounts.
