portal, has signed an advertising and content agreement with Yahoo!
Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO – news), a leading global Internet communications,
commerce and media company serving 145 million Internet users
worldwide. Under the agreement, Foodvision.com will be promoted with
banner advertisements and fixed graphic links on food- and
beverage-related keyword search results pages in the Yahoo!®
directory (www.yahoo.com) and various Yahoo! properties, including
Yahoo! Clubs (clubs.yahoo.com), Yahoo! Shopping (shopping.yahoo.com),
Yahoo! GeoCities (geocities.yahoo.com) and Yahoo! Chat
(chat.yahoo.com).
Foodvision.com is producing a weekly series of cooking shows to be
available on Yahoo! Broadcast
(http://webevents.broadcast.com/foodvision/cooking). The shows will
give viewers insight into cooking techniques, recipes and secrets of
master food preparation. The show will premiere on Yahoo! Broadcast on
May 17, 2000.
