Foodvision.com (OTCBB:FVSN) wishes to restate its position in the market.

Foodvision.com has evolved far beyond its original mission to become the premier food portal on the Internet. Through the acquisition of its new e-commerce platform called “GLUE”, the Company is now positioning itself as a Commerce Service Provider (CSP). As a CSP, the Company is able to manage online commerce operations from top to bottom. The Company will initially focus within the food industry. However, the power of the GLUE technology allows management of online commerce in any industry.

The Company views its CSP position as the final step towards its ultimate goal; being a Software Integration Solution Provider.

“In the next few months, we will complete several projects that will further enhance the Company’s position as a CSP,” states Paul R. Smith, Chairman & CEO. “The up-coming launch of our new B2C site will be accompanied with the introduction of our own line of retail products. At that stage, as a CSP, we are able to provide technology and our own products. This will provide the Company a new source of revenue.”

The Company currently has four distinct divisions:

  • foodvision.com, a Food Portal operates the gate2plate.com site (B2B) and the newly developed B2C site scheduled for launch in the next quarter.
  • Anycommerce, a software division, licensing one part of the GLUE software which can seamlessly integrate into an existing website and furnish e-commerce through its robust proprietary software solutions.
  • Retail store operations, these stores are currently under development and will incorporate the traditional feel of an upscale cooking store with a new twist. Each location will have a kitchen area open to customers where cooking classes will be provided. When the store is not conducting classes, the kitchen space will be used as a catering service, giving the store more efficient use of its space.
  • Restaurant Division, The Dirty Bird Cafe has been in operation for several years and due to its success, there are plans to expand to another location in the near future. Additionally, Foodvision.com has Grandma Lee’s Cafe, which operates in AT&T’s regional office campus in Atlanta, generating sustained revenue for the company.

“The introduction of our own product lines and the new B2C site provides further unique channels of distribution and revenue for the Company,” states Paul R. Smith. “The Company is responding to inquiries from Direct Selling Corporations wanting to private label our B2C site. Once the new B2C site is fully operational, we will then begin finalizing our entry into private labeling our site with these and other Direct Selling Corporations.”
