US confectionery giant Hershey Foods has announced that Andre Goodlett has joined the company as senior director, inclusion and diversity.

The company said Goodlett will report directly to Marcella Arline, senior vice president and chief people officer, and work closely with the Hershey Executive Team to drive inclusion and diversity in a wide range of areas, including recruitment, development and retention, education and awareness, community relations, supplier diversity and cultural events.
Goodlett joins Hershey from US cereal maker Kellogg Company, where he served as associate director, staffing and diversity, with responsibility for creating and leading staffing and diversity at the company’s US-based business units.
