US confectioner Hershey Foods has named R Montgomery Garrabrant vice president, finance – marketing and sales, and Robert J Mazzoni Jr vice president, global sourcing and treasurer.

The company said Garrabrant was formerly vice president and treasurer, while Mazzoni was formerly vice president, global sourcing.
Hershey said the reorganisation of its finance department ensures better alignment with the strategic direction of its business.
As part of the realignment, John A Stachowiak, director, internal audit, will report directly to Frank Cerminara, senior vice president and chief financial officer. Stachowiak previously reported to the corporate controller, reported Dow Jones.
