HumaTech Inc. (OTCBB:HUMT) announces appointment of NPK Ltd. as an exclusive agricultural product line distributor for the United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland markets. NPK Ltd. is located in southwest England, Dorcet County, UK, in the city of Lyme-Regis. Distribution and manufacturing facilities are located throughout the UK. NPK Ltd. has the only independent fertilizer granulating plant in the UK, and is the exclusive supplier of organic phosphate in the country. Tony Hinman, president of NPK Ltd., stated, “We will immediately begin blending HumaTech Inc.’s Agri-Hume with all our fertilizer products, as well as selling Agri-Hume as a stand-alone soil conditioner and yield enhancer.”
The UK has 40 million acres of crop land that could potentially use HumaTech’s agricultural line of products. According to recent UK governmental studies, noted in the National Press, the agricultural usage of humates was on 50,000 hectares (120,000 acres) last year and is expected to increase by over 300% this year. Exclusive contracts between HumaTech Inc. and NPK Ltd. also include the contractual responsibility to expand HumaTech Inc.’s industrial bio-remediation business in the UK and Ireland. Last year, the bio-remediation industry for conditioning in the UK and Ireland was in the excess of 100 million US dollars.

NPK Ltd. expects to capture 30% of the growing humate agricultural market the very first year with HumaTech’s line of Agra-line of products.
