US cereal maker Kellogg has announced it is introducing reduced-sugar varieties of some of its children’s cereals.

One-Third Less Sugar Frosted Flakes and Froot Loops, which are available nationwide, also contain no artificial sweeteners.

Earlier this year Kellogg also introduced a reduced-sugar version of its Kellogg’s Hunny B’s cereal.

Kellogg said the new products demonstrate a “significant category innovation and underscore Kellogg’s on-going commitment to provide consumers with a range of products designed to meet their taste and nutritional preferences”.
