Kemin Industries, Inc., yesterday announced a reorganization of its corporate structure. Kemin Worldwide President Dr. Christopher Nelson said the move is intended to ensure market-specific and culturally responsive company focus on the feed, food and nutrition industries around the world. “Aligning appropriate regional resources to respond to customer needs and their related business climates was the next logical step in developing a more focused 21st century business for Kemin,” Nelson added.

Key among the changes is separation of the company’s Americas agri-foods activities into a new wholly-owned subsidiary corporation to be known as Kemin Americas, Inc. Nelson will continue to manage worldwide Kemin operations under the corporate umbrella of Kemin Europa, N.V., Kemin Industries (Asia) PTE Limited, Kemin Nutritional Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd., Siagra Co., Ltd., Kemin Foods, L.C., Kemin Biotechnology, L.C., Nutrisurance, Inc., and Kemin Pharma, LLC.

Kemin Industries and its subsidiary companies use innovative science to produce nutritional solutions for a changing world. Kemin products are used in human food and vitamins, pet food diets, and animal feeds. The company has more than 800 employees around the world.
