Montville, NJ-based Lucille Farms, a manufacturer and marketer of all natural fine Italian cheeses and the largest producer of Italian shredded cheese in New England, has announced a new contract award.

The contract is for US$1m of mozzarella cheese with delivery expected to be completed in two quarters. Lucille Farms has begun shipping to this new customer.
