The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated today declared a quarterly dividend of $.19 per share on its common stocks, payable July 14, 2000, to shareholders of record June 30.
This is the 76th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.
McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
